Returns...

High quality and low price are our company goal. For all warranty replacement, a written statement with an authorized signature indicating the reason for rejection and test reports must accompany all returned parts. Also please include our invoice number and the date of shipment. We can not be responsibel for any damage occurring in shipment to us and we don't accept returned parts without invoice number. we review return situations on a case by case basis.
